However, the overall cleanliness was disappointing, with areas needing attention. Our room attracted the smell of cigarettes from neighboring guests, making it hard to fully relax.

Had an awesome stay! The pool area was so cool and perfect for relaxing. Shoutout to Vagilis for his tasty cocktails and great chats by the bar! Our room had an amazing view of the gardens. Food was yummy, especially the buffet. Just wish the drinks by the beach were better.

A well-maintained spa offered massages and beauty treatments. The buffet served a fantastic variety of fresh dishes, ensuring every meal was enjoyable.

The Junior Suite was really nice—spacious and stylish. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to relax. I loved the big rainfall shower. it felt luxurious! Just a small issue with a gap under the door during the storm, but overall, it was a great stay. Plenty of natural light too, which brightened up the space. Very clean and well-maintained every day.

The stay at this hotel was wonderful, marked by beautifully maintained grounds and an array of stunning pools that were never overcrowded. Enjoying Colombian coffee each morning was a treat, and the variety of high-quality food options, particularly at the Italian restaurant, impressed us greatly. A couple of downsides included a long hair found in dessert once and a limited selection of English channels on the TV. Overall, the friendly staff and a fantastic animation team made for a memorable experience.
